All speakers must check in with their Session Chair in the assigned room at least 10 minutes before their session begins to set up equipment or copy PPT/PDF slides.
3. We recommend saving a copy of your slides to your personal email as a backup. If your USB drive fails to load the files, you may download them from your email on site.
4. Every session room is equipped with an LCD projector, projection screen, laser pointer, microphone and a pre-installed laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please use standard fonts and symbols to ensure full compatibility with our operating system. If you bring your own laptop, test the display connection before your presentation.
5. Embedded videos: If your slides contain embedded videos, confirm they are properly formatted and linked to your main presentation file.
